Green Chutney Recipe - Ingredients:

Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Almonds - 6 nos
Onion - 1 small
Green chili - 2 nos
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Garlic - 1- 2 cloves
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Black salt (kala namak) - a pinch ( optional)
or
Salt as needed
Method:
1. Wash the leaves and keep aside. Blend all the ingredients other than leaves and lemon juice first.
2. Add coriander and mint leaves and blend it.
3. Finally add the lemon juice and grind to a smooth paste.
Refrigerate and use as required.
