Masala Chai / Masala Tea

Masala Chai
Masala chai is a flavored tea with a mixture of  aromatic Indian spices and herbs. I first tasted this masala tea during a family tour to Tiruvanathapuram padmanabaswami shetram during my childhood days. It was really superb with perfect aroma and perfect blend of spices. I should truly say i dint get a chance to taste such a tea thereafter.

Masala Tea
Whenever i order for a masala tea i do get a tea only with cardamon flavor in it. Finally i tried my own masala tea with whole garam masala's and was really contended with the aroma and flavor.
A cup of masala tea during weekend afternoon gives a sense of warmth and soothing effect and refreshes ourselves.
