Sweet chutney and green chutney are must for any chaat recipes which elevates the taste of chaats. When i went in to try out some chaat recipes, i decided to make all ingredients that goes into it from scratch. This chutney is a perfect blend of sweet and sour using dates and tamarind. Unlike green chutney this is bit time consuming, but you can make it more and keeps well upto a month.
